The Information Systems unit provides data information for all domain and service areas. The Upper East Tennessee Head Start Program uses ChildPlus Data Engine software as a management system to track children’s attendance, health screenings, treatments, immunizations, disabilities services, social services, and children and adult food counts. The ChildPlus Data Engine software is also used to track the volunteer hours and donations contributed to our program. The Information Systems Manager oversees the operation of all the computer equipment and software and ensures assure that they are operating appropriately. The Data Entry Clerks input data regarding our Head Start children and families.
